TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT: A $10.00 per person deposit is required for parties of 15 or more people and is due upon signing of this contract. Deposits are non refundable if cancellation occurs less than 4 days before your groups scheduled event.

ARRIVAL: Based on the size, your group will be given plenty of time to enjoy a leisurely dining experience. However, it is imperative that your group is on time. You will not be seated until your group is complete, if your group is more than 15 minutes late, you will risk losing your reservation, or most probably, there will be a time limit placed on your stay. We apologize for the strict nature of this policy, but history has left no choice. In the past, we have lost too much time and 'comped' too many drinks in an attempt to compensate the next group for an unreasonable delay for their pre-reserved time. Your understanding is most appreciated.

PAYMENT: All hosted items will be tabulated and presented for your verification. All sales are subject to 8% tax and 18% gratuity. Payment may be made with cash, credit card (American Express, Visa, M.C., Diners Club, or Discover) or company check.
Note: Personal checks are not accepted unless prior authorization has been made.

GUARANTEE: We guarantee to provide the food and service as we have agreed. In return, we ask you to guarantee us payment for the number of guests agreed upon. We allow a variance of 10% of the final number confirmed, any shortfall beyond that will be billed at the quoted price per person.
