 71 Saint Peter, the base restaurant, opened in 1993 by Mark Tabak, Armand Tiano Jr., and Luis Rodriguez. It didn't take long for these three partners to establish 71 Saint Peter as the "crown jewel in downtown dining". After 13 phenomenal years, Mark and Armand recently moved on to pursue other interests. Entrusting Luis to carry forth the vision, Luis took the challenge to a new level by taking the best of 71 Saint Peter 'on the road'.
